We build what was designed: installation, commissioning and a clean handover.

What is included

  • Supply and installation of heating, ventilation, cooling and plumbing systems
  • Plant rooms: heat pumps, boilers, tanks and pump groups
  • Pipework, ducts, insulation and fixings
  • Pressure tests, flushing, balancing and commissioning
  • Instruction of the operator
  • Handover with documentation and warranty

Your design or ours

We can build from our own design or from documents prepared by someone else. If the documents need clarification, we raise it before work starts, not on site.

Deliverables

A working, commissioned installation, test records and as-built documents.
