Supervision of works
An experienced pair of eyes on site, on your side: the work is built as designed, and defects are found while they are still cheap to fix.

- Inspection of concealed work before it is covered
- Witnessing pressure and leak tests and commissioning
- Defect lists and follow-up until they are closed
- Checking handover documentation and taking over the works

Owners and developers who want an independent check, and contractors or general contractors who need qualified supervision. It works whether we designed the installation or someone else did.
Deliverables
Site reports with photographs, defect lists, test records and a final acceptance statement.
